WHO WE SERVE?
At FloYo Consulting and Curation we help companies and member associations plan and execute group meetings, incentive travel and conference events.

For meetings and group travel, our 'sweet spot' is under 100 guests; For Conferences it is under 750 participants. With a wide network of peers as well, that can assist for anything outside of this. We will never take on an event that we are not the best choice to lead.

Full event project management​
Price negotiations and contract review with all vendors and venues
​Travel concierge support for guests, including access to travel insurance
Review budget and transparency of all costs
All communications with venues/hotel to ensure all details from food to gifts align with your goals
​Arrange AV/Production equipment and staff as needed for event
Researching and sourcing
event venue & activities​
Add creative touches to ensure guest and company outcomes are met
Available to be on-site for all logistics and point of contact so company staff are fully present at event

Don’t fret, we do small meeting planning as well. We offer a monthly retainer service or a per project agreement to ensure each client is supported without any surprise costs.
About Amy Flores-Young
​(AKA FloYo) After 20+ years as a non-profit executive, keynote speaker and national trainer, I have the unique ability to envision the big picture while delving deep into the details. I have a creative approach to business growth and strategy knowing how to create Luxury on a Budget. Being a parent of a child (now adult) with a severe disability, gives me problem solving and observation skills beyond the norm as well as the capacity to be the steady presence needed when things don't go according to plan. There isn't much that rattles my cage and I believe there is nothing that can't be figured out.
I am a dog lover, Disney die hard, proud Hufflepuff and Whovian.
